Margaret Dorio of the Tri Club of Burlington (TCOB), who many of you know and who is a great triathlete in her own right, has arrange a swim and talk by Miguel Vadillo, who many of you might know as well. Miguel swam Lake O two years ago and he’s going to share his knowledge with the group. And for those of you who don’t know Margaret or Miguel… well then, Wednesday is your lucky day!
I’ll be there and be going for a dip after too! Hope you can make it!

The TCoB is hosting a special Open Water Swim Session on June 27th, at Beachway Park Pavilion in Burlington, starting at 7:00 pm (note: new location).
Miguel Vadillo will be telling the story of his Lake Ontario crossing and giving a practical swim lesson.
We would love it if any of your LOST members could join us. Learning from more experienced open water swimmers and sharing in Miguel’s presentation would be great.
