The classic “LOST New Year’s Double-header”!

It’s that time of year again!  Get through Christmas without trying to pack on too many pounds… then get the heart pumping again with a nice little dip in Lake O!  That otta do it!

So come and join us for the classic LOST Polar Bear Dip… Jan 1 at the stroke of noon!  (it is also good for curing hang overs, just in case that’s still an issue)

Then after your arduous 30 seconds of pain, join us at Bean There Cafe for an hour of warming up!

PS. Elodie won the $100 coupon at the LOST Race… that LOSTie John Stibrany had donated… and in a bit of “pay it forward”, Elodie has donated it towards the price of everyone’s coffee at Bean There after the dip!!!  (depending on how many coffees there are! haha.  Thanks Elodie!

Oh, and the LOST Polar Bear Dip is FREE!Then we kick of the New Year with a resolution to get back into incredible shape!  100×100’s on 100 on Jan 5!!!  (well actually, there will be lot of other pace times too)

Honestly… I’m not betting too much on this one… but you never know?  You probably won’t be able to hold this pace of athletic endeavor for the rest of the year, but what the hell, who ever went wrong by coming out of the gates too hard?!  (don’t answer that…)

See you there!

Cheers,

Rob
